Production
All UglyPrints posters are printed to order. Production time is typically 2–4 business days.

Shipping times
Estimated delivery after production:
- EU: 3–7 business days
- UK: 4–8 business days
- US: 3–7 business days
- Rest of world: 7–15 business days

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping origin
Orders are printed and shipped from the facility closest to the delivery address (EU, US, or Australia).

Shipping cost
Shipping is included in all poster prices. No additional shipping fees are charged at checkout.

Tracking
All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Customs and duties
For international orders, local customs fees or import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Incorrect address
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery delays or loss may occur. UglyPrints cannot guarantee replacement in such cases.

Lost packages
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, please contact the carrier first. If unresolved, contact us and we will assist.
