Refund and Replacement Policy (UglyPrints)
Overview
All UglyPrints posters are printed to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer preference.
However, we fully stand behind print quality and delivery condition.
Damaged or defective prints
If your poster arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will send a free replacement.
To request a replacement, contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:
- order number
- photo of the print
- photo of packaging
- description of the issue
Lost orders
If tracking shows your order was not delivered and the carrier confirms loss, we will send a replacement at no cost.
Incorrect address
If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided at checkout, we cannot guarantee replacement.
Color and appearance
Actual print colors may vary slightly due to:
- screen calibration differences
- lighting conditions
- paper texture
These normal variations are not considered defects.
Non-returnable items
Because all posters are printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
